01
Sleep supports what matters
Sleep is rarely valuable purely for its own sake; we value the relationships, activities and experiences it helps us participate in by feeling refreshed. This shifts the focus from achieving or valuing perfect sleep to valuing living more fully.

Poor sleep need not dominate the day
A difficult night may affect your energy and how much you feel like you can do, but it does not have to determine what the whole day is about. The actions you want to do can become smaller while their underlying purpose and value remains intact.

03
Values are not another checklist
You do not need to demonstrate every value every day or prove that you have done enough. Turning values into rigid demands risks recreating the same pressure that often develops around sleep. A values-led life is better judged across weeks and months than by one tired day. The useful question is whether your overall direction still includes the people, experiences and qualities that matter to you.
