Session Recap

01

The mind carries passengers

Thoughts, feelings and memories can behave like noisy passengers demanding attention. But their presence does not mean they must control the direction taken. Tiredness and night-time wakefulness can also make worry, frustration and self-criticism feel more intense. But the volume of an experience does not determine its authority.
